Q: What does "onsite" mean?
A: Onsite means that the day of the wedding we will travel to location previously given to us to perform the services. There is an option to use our office to get ready as well.
Q: Is there a travel fee?
A: There is no travel fee for Seattle and the Eastside (Mercer Island, Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Newcastle). Outside of the those limits we do have a travel fee. Other fees may apply, ie. tolls, ferry, overnight stay, etc.

Q: Who will perform the services?
A: Unless specifically requested, we assign our amazing artists by availability. Owner services can be requested, ask for prices.

Q: What kind of makeup do you use?
A: We use several premier makeup brands including MAC, Smashbox, NARS, Bobbi Brown, Lorac, and more.
Q: Do you use airbrush makeup?
A: We do not do airbrush makeup. We have worked with it in the past and have found a combination of makeup that we prefer more.
Q: Is there a minimum?
A: Yes, please contact for pricing minimum.

Q: How many stylists do I get?
A: For a wedding with 10 services or under, hair and makeup being separate services, you get two stylists. For an event over 10 services you will have 3 stylists.

Q: Can I request more stylists?
A: You can request more stylists. For one additional stylist, there is not increase on the normal pricing but there is a 25% auto-gratuity. For two additional stylists, there is a 25% auto-gratuity and 10% added to the base prices.
Q: When is the trial?
A: We recommend booking your trial about a month in advance. That way you have had your dress fitting and have a better idea of how you would like to be styled. Keep in mind that we have limited availability on the weekends due to weddings. If we can make it work hooray. Most trials occur Monday-Thursday between 10am-1pm start time.

Q: What is the max number you can work on?
A: There is no max of people we can work on for one event.
Q: Do you take credit card?
A: Yes, we take all major credit cards.

Q: What is a typical tip amount?
A: We are so grateful for any tip you would like to leave. A typical tip amount lies between 18-25%.
